Tell us whether you are playing in a browser or the iPhone app, your device and software version, and what happened. A screenshot is useful if you choose to share one.
How to play
Stack two numbers vertically so they add up to 10. Both tiles disappear and the tiles above settle into place. Horizontal neighbours do not match.
Easy drops one numbered block at a time. Hard drops shapes made of four numbered blocks. Clear every fixed number from the grid for the explosion, 500 bonus points and a new colour.
Controls
Swipe sideways or use the arrow buttons to move. Swipe down or press the down button to drop. In Hard mode, press ↻ to rotate. The faint landing preview shows where your piece will fall.
With a keyboard: ← and → move, ↑ rotates, ↓ speeds up, Space drops, and P or Escape pauses.
Sound and haptics
Use the speaker button in the game menu to turn sound on or off. Check your device volume if it is quiet; the native iPhone app also respects Silent Mode. Browser sound starts after you press Play or another game control.
The native iPhone app has a separate haptics toggle for match taps and the larger all-clear effect. It needs a supported physical iPhone. The browser version cannot provide the same native iPhone haptics.
Saving your progress
Your runs and best scores save on your own device, separately for Easy and Hard. They do not sync between devices, browsers or the native app. Private browsing, clearing website data or deleting the app can remove progress.
The earlier prototype and tumbleten.com are separate website addresses, so their saved games are separate too. Returning to a saved run waits for you to press Continue.
Add the website to your Home Screen
Open tumbleten.com in Safari, open the Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen. This adds the Tumble Ten icon for quick access to the browser game. It remains the website version.
If something stops working
Pause and reopen the game. For the browser version, try reloading the page and make sure JavaScript is enabled. If the issue continues, contact us before clearing website data, as clearing it removes saved progress.
