Tumble Ten

Privacy policy

Your game stays on your device. Here is how Tumble Ten handles data.

Effective 10 September 2026

Who we are

Tumble Ten is provided by Outpace Performance Ltd. This policy covers the native iPhone game and the browser game at tumbleten.com. For privacy enquiries, contact Public contact address awaiting confirmation before launch..

The iPhone game

The game itself does not collect or send us personal data. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, chat or in-app purchases. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or photos.

Your current games, best scores and sound and haptic preferences stay on your device. They are not sent to our servers. Apple may separately process App Store, TestFlight, backup or diagnostic information under your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policy.

The browser game

Your browser stores current games, best scores, difficulty and sound preferences on your device using local storage. This lets you continue playing and keep your settings. We do not receive that saved game data.

The game uses no advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, embedded advertising or third-party font requests. Its fonts, artwork and sounds are served with the website. No account or personal details are needed to play.

Website hosting

Hostinger hosts tumbleten.com. When you visit, Hostinger and its security providers may process your IP address, requested pages, browser information and request times to deliver the website, investigate faults and protect it from misuse. These are separate from your locally saved game. We use this technical information where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure website.

Hostinger processes hosting data under its data processing addendum. Technical data may be processed in other countries through its infrastructure and service providers. Its addendum describes applicable transfer protections, including standard contractual clauses and the UK international data transfer addendum. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

Log retention depends on the hosting and security service and the time needed to maintain security, investigate incidents and meet legal obligations. These logs are not used by this game for advertising or player profiling.

If you contact us

We receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as a problem description or screenshot. We use it to answer your enquiry and resolve the issue, relying on our legitimate interest in providing support. You do not have to contact us to play. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information.

Support correspondence may be handled by our email provider. We keep it only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, related follow-up and any applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use support messages for marketing.

Keeping and removing your data

Browser game data stays until you clear this website’s data, your browser removes it, or the game overwrites the relevant save. Clearing tumbleten.com website data removes that browser’s saved runs, scores and settings. Data saved on the earlier prototype’s domain is separate and does not automatically transfer here.

On iPhone, deleting the app removes its local data. Apple’s device backups may separately retain copies according to your backup settings. Starting a new game replaces that mode’s run but does not clear best scores.

Your privacy rights

Where we hold personal information about you, you may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, and for portability where applicable. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact Public contact address awaiting confirmation before launch. to make a request. These rights depend on the circumstances; we cannot access saved games that exist only on your device.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local data protection authority.

Children and changes

The game has no chat, advertising or account registration, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through gameplay. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child has sent to support.

We will update this page and its effective date if the game or our data practices change.
